"Build up, not out!"

Unless some horrific act or plague wipes out countless hordes of humans, our species population will continue to expand exponentially. I propose we stop breaking new ground on this small planet of ours, but instead continue with creative solutions for building upwards, more densely, and with the best "green" technology and materials we can. Livable, walkable, nature-filled cities.
